ちょのみIt's been a while since I've had a proper drink at home! I tend to drink too much at home, so I brought home this one that I thought would be as light as possible and was called Junmai Nigori-gori. Hmmm! Easy to drink! Dry but easy to drink! It's not lazy, so I just chugged it down! Despite the cute label, it was a good job as a "sake"!

ちょのみI didn't see it on the menu, but I saw it on the restaurant's Instagram a while ago and asked if it was available. I asked him about it, and he told me that it had just come in today! ちょのみLocal Sake I think Gifu has quite a lot of crispy ones! Soba and sake go well together. This sake is also very sharp and goes right in! Since it is not so peculiar, it does not interfere with the dish but enriches its flavor! The shrimp shinjo (a kind of pickled shrimp) that was served at the end of the meal was also very tasty!
