Dry and refreshing! I was looking at the menu and ordered BLACK JACK 21, which I had seen at another restaurant before!
It is an ultra dry sake with 21% Sake!
The first sip was a bit sharp. Surprising. It is so strong that it almost feels like a Western-style sake!
It is very refreshing! It is 17%, but I can't stop drinking it because of this refreshing taste, I am a sly girl..,
I remember that when I was recommended this sake at a store in Kyoto, I was told that it was a little high in alcohol content, so I avoided it at that time........
