I looked it up later and found that it's "backwards" so the bottle's text is inverted, too..,
I think (think) it was a pretty presentable drink!
I had it with some salty heshiko (fish paste), but it was not overpowered at all!
I heard that this Urachiibijin is a version of sake that is made every year as a challenge by the sake brewery! Amazing!
I wish I could compare the regular Chiebijin!
