Next up was a Kijo sake from "Senkori" 🍶.
Finally, we had this for dessert 💁.
Before this, I had a little bit of Shinmasa's Kijoshu Amaneko Kai, which another person asked for, and it was 100% polished rice ⁉️
For a moment, I didn't understand what the description meant, but I was surprised twice: first, it was not polished at all!
Despite this, it tasted great!
Now, this one is no slouch either!
The mellow richness is further emphasized and the aroma lingers on the tongue.
I didn't like kijo-zake so much, but the two big ones were different from each other.
