It's almost winter, but I've been saving up for a bottle of Akatombo. It's an assemblage, but the flavors are more integrated than hope. It's very easy to drink. There's less acidity than Kabutomushi, but I felt it was more comfortable. There's also a trace of gas. I realized that I might like Akatombo better than Kabutomushi. Only Snowman left for this year!

Something I drank a while ago. I think that using Aisan is a little expensive... Aizan has a strong taste image. Instrument Masamune's Aizan is a little refreshing. The bitterness was not strong, and the impression was well balanced.

My first Tenbi. A brand I've always been interested in. The aroma is a ramune scent. A pleasant aroma with a distinct freshness. It is a little gassy and tangy at the bottom. It has no horniness and has a very clean throat. You can also feel the deliciousness of the rice, and the impression is that it is well balanced.

The honored chrysanthemum that you want to pick up as soon as it is sold in the store. When I poured it into a glass, the ori was dancing like snow. It was a sweet and juicy modern type with acidity, which is typical of Kouei-Kiku.

First Hanaup. I'm glad to see 4-gallon bottles starting to appear. It has a faint aroma reminiscent of banana and melon. When I put it in my mouth, I felt it was a little spiky. The alcohol comes on quickly, followed by a bit of sweetness, rice, and then it disappears crisply. Perhaps because it is fire-roasted, you can't feel the freshness, and the overall taste is calm. I think it's a good sake to prepare snacks and drink it slowly.

I had caught this kabutomushi in the summer, but I didn't want to open it, so I let it sleep in the fridge for a long time. I finally opened it on Sake Day, October 1st. Summer is over, but it was so hot that I could just barely feel the summer. The sourness is as strong as they say. I can kind of see why it was called lemon squash. The sourness was more subdued than I expected, probably because I let it sit in the fridge too long. But the taste is outstanding. Because of the pleasant sourness, you can drink it easily without feeling the alcohol. I wanted to add lemon juice to it, but it was gone in an instant before I could do so. I'd like to catch it again next year.

First time at Abe. I've been curious about it for a long time, but I'm not very good at Niigata's light, dry taste. I couldn't pick it up easily. But the staff at the liquor store told me that Abe is more modern and delicious, so I bought it. It's my first time to brew a lactic acid yeast mash. The aroma is more refreshing than fruity. I think it has a strong Calpis or lactic acid drink feeling. The taste is just as refreshing as the aroma. It tastes different from Tanrei. There is a hint of sweetness, but it is not overpowering and disappears. I never get tired of drinking it, and I finished it in an instant. I would like to try the other series of Abe.

This is the first bottle of Akita Shun Ginjo 2021. It was my first time to try Ginrin. Just after opening the bottle, there is a faint aroma of apples. It is light and a little dry. The taste of the rice is softly felt, but it disappears smoothly. It gives the impression that you will never get tired of drinking it.

It's not sake, but it's Hououmita, so I'll post it. It was recommended to me when I was looking at it at a sake shop. It was just in stock, and it seems I was lucky. The clerk recommended it to me as being as thick as Welch's and very tasty. When I tried it, the grapes were concentrated and it was sweet and delicious. There is no alcohol in the mouth, so it's just grape juice 🥤. It's a bit dangerous to drink it all at once. In the stomach, the alcohol makes it a little hot, so you know it's alcohol. Even if you drink it with soda, it still has a grape taste, so you can enjoy it in many different ways.

My first black cow 🐃. My impression is that it is a heavy sake with condensed rice. For me, who has been drinking mainly modern types, it has a big impact. The aroma is full of rice. After feeling the sweetness of the rice, the umami comes rushing in. It's dry, but not too dry, and you can soak up the lingering flavor of the rice. It is hard to drink by itself. It's a great sake for a meal, and it's delicious. It was the best match with horse sashimi.

I've been addicted to Kanchiku swamp since I drank it once. As soon as you open the bottle, a fruity aroma comes up. The aroma is thick with a hint of grapes🍇. When you take a sip, there is a big explosion of acidity and fruity. The mouth is filled with juicy taste. But it disappears refreshingly without being overpowering. It can be enjoyed on its own, but I thought it would work well as a food wine as well.

I was curious about Ryonoseki Shuzo's Midama. The green bottle is beautiful, just like the brand name. The aroma is refreshing and fruity, reminiscent of apples and pears. When I took a sip, the acidity was not as strong as I expected. There was a bit of a gap between the aroma and the taste. There was a little gap between the aroma and the taste.

This is my first Hirotogawa. The impression is that it is a Junmaishu where you can feel the flavor of the rice. The aroma is of rice and alcohol. You can feel the flavor of the rice fluently, and then it disappears crisply. You can't drink it by the glass, but it is good to drink it with food. It was a good match.

I've been slacking on my records lately, so I'm back on track. I drank this Blue Sapphire by Sanguiku a while ago. The label conveys a sense of luxury. Whenever I see a bottle of Kangiku, I immediately buy it. I don't remember how it tasted, but it was modern, fruity, and juicy with acidity, and I think I could drink it very well.

I was in the mood for some Junmai sake and this caught my eye so I bought it. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of sweet and sour. The sweetness is moderate and dry. After swallowing it, the taste of rice and a little bitterness follow. It was a well-balanced sake perfect for summer.

I've been looking forward to the SEA of Akatake. I think everything in this series is delicious. The aroma is refreshing, like ramune. When I drink it, the sourness runs through my mouth, and later I taste the sweet rice flavor. I just think it's delicious. It's low alcohol so you can drink it easily.

This is the Sono-Sangiku that I was interested in. I found it on the Internet and bought it immediately. It has an excellent fruity scent. I think it smells like muscat. I can smell it all the time. The mouthfeel melted like shaved ice. And because it has a dry feeling, it disappears quickly. However, it is very delicious with a hint of sweetness and bitterness. It became my favorite.

My first Nanada. I was attracted by the assemblage. I also wondered if it was different from Senkou's Hope. The aroma was sweet and sour, like a pear. When I put it in my mouth, the sweet and sour taste comes to the front, and then the bitter taste comes to the fore. I thought the taste was less complex than hope. The alcohol content was a bit high, but I never felt it, and it was a delicious sake.
