I'm glad to see 4-gallon bottles starting to appear.
It has a faint aroma reminiscent of banana and melon.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt it was a little spiky.
The alcohol comes on quickly, followed by a bit of sweetness, rice, and then it disappears crisply.
Perhaps because it is fire-roasted, you can't feel the freshness, and the overall taste is calm.
I think it's a good sake to prepare snacks and drink it slowly.
