Is this the first time I've had old sake?
I didn't notice any distinctive flavor (because it's old sake?). I didn't feel much of the characteristics except for the amber color and the fact that it has a unique flavor (because it's old?).

Where to buy: Kagoya (Tokyo)
Price: 2,870 yen (tax included)
It is a refreshing sake that seems to eliminate the fatty taste of eel, although it is hard to deny the feeling of having completely missed the right time to drink it.
Price: 2,700 yen (excluding tax)

Sake meter value +4, acidity 1.6 (classified as "light and dry"?) It is full-bodied and not bad for a sake with a high acidity of 1.6 (classified as "light and dry"?).
It would have been nice if it were a little more floral.
Price: 2,700 yen (excluding tax) 1.8L
Where purchased: Koyama Shoten (Tokyo)
Slightly sweet, slightly dry and easy to drink. Price point.
It does not have a strong personality, but it is good for drinking while eating.

I bought it because of the name.
It is not too assertive, so it is good for drinking while eating a meal.

Cheap and tasty!
Best value for money.
I knew about it when I was working at Suzukagawa, but I never had a chance to buy it, but I feel like I lost out.

I knew this brewery was located along the Koshu-kaido road, but this was my first time drinking it.
It seems to lack characteristics.
However, it is good for drinking over a meal.
Rating: ★★★☆☆☆☆
It is said to be dry, but I don't think it is that dry.
It's a little lacking in character.
Place of purchase: Koyama Shoten (Tokyo, Japan)
Price: 2,500 yen (excluding tax), 1.8L
This morning, I bought some sake from Oita Prefecture, where an earthquake hit the Hyuga-nada area and the seismic intensity was over 5 on the Richter scale.
I don't think it's particularly delicious (it's a matter of taste), but I think it's a very cost-effective sake.
Place of purchase: Koyama Shoten (Tokyo)

Melon? Pears? The aroma is pleasant.
It is light and easy to drink, but you can clearly taste the flavor of the rice.
