This is the first time I've had a non-nigori sake in over a year. I've been drinking a lot of different kinds of sake, and although it's not easy to drink, I tend to go in the direction of less famous ones these days. But it is still delicious. You can't forget it. And you can't get used to it (laughs). Good food is good food. That's what I'm talking about.

The first honourable chrysanthemum in the house. I wonder what it is right after opening the bottle. It's not so much sake, but it's interesting and not unpleasant. After the second glass, the taste changes. The sweetness of the sake comes more and more. And yet, it's so easy to drink that you can't stop drinking it. There are many surprises, and I don't think there is any other sake like this. I wish I could buy it more easily.

It is a Daiginjo after a long time. It is a brand that I have never met before. In a good sense (a matter of taste), it was less Daiginjo-like and had a good sharpness. I also enjoyed the change in temperature. Thank you for the food.

My favorite brand. The label is excellent. I love Aomiha, so I can't get enough. It's so refreshing that I can drink as many as I want.

I heard they're both aged for a year. Yeah. It's delicious. The sweetness comes out really well, but it's not obnoxious. I think the white one is more refreshing. The shape when you put them together is really cool.

I still love it. No doubt about it. At first sight, I thought it was sweet. I thought it might be sweet, but after opening the bottle, it got better and better. It's delicious. The best in Itoigawa (I'm not from there 😅)

備前雄町 開封直後は甘味なのにすっきり、メロン？みたいなかんじもしたけど、どんどん変わる。二杯目は更にいいかんじ。 GW開幕です。let's宅呑み！いつもだけど😅

飲み比べようと思ってたのに、間が空いてクリーム栗林の味を忘れ気味…。ピンクのが苦味が美味しくて好みのような？もう酔っ払いなのであてにならない😵
