This is the first time I've had a non-nigori sake in over a year. I've been drinking a lot of different kinds of sake, and although it's not easy to drink, I tend to go in the direction of less famous ones these days. But it is still delicious. You can't forget it. And you can't get used to it (laughs). Good food is good food. That's what I'm talking about.
