The first honourable chrysanthemum in the house.
I wonder what it is right after opening the bottle. It's not so much sake, but it's interesting and not unpleasant.
After the second glass, the taste changes. The sweetness of the sake comes more and more. And yet, it's so easy to drink that you can't stop drinking it.
There are many surprises, and I don't think there is any other sake like this. I wish I could buy it more easily.
