AKABU SNOW XMAS
I was expecting a refreshing oriental flavor, but it was too sweet!
It's for drinking with everyone at Christmas!
Late opening on 12/30!
Sake Iseshima Concept
The bottle was opened yesterday! I was looking forward to it!
The flavor is like a thinner sometimes...
But it was crisp and even powerful, and well worth drinking!
I love Mie Prefecture's sake!
Kanazawa Fukumasamune
This is one of the three bottles I bought as a souvenir on my trip to Ishikawa prefecture last year.
It was a little yellow because I opened it too late.
But it was as good as Junmai Daiginjo!
I got super curious, so I tried it.
I really liked the taste.
Maybe it was because it was room temperature, but it was so mellow.
I thought it would be good in a highball.
Junmai Daiginjo Drinking Comparison
It seems to be a commemorative sake of the 333rd anniversary.
The rice polishing ratio is also 33%.
It is a luxurious sake.
We drink it while thinking about the amazing history.
It's delicious!
Shinsei Heki Frog
The clerk told me that this is a sake that you can get through the Hanpu-kai, or something like that, and that it's not so easy to get individually, so I drank it.
I remembered the taste of Shinsei after a long time!
The sweetness is still strong. I drank it with a gulp and went to the Shinkansen.
Washino-o, black eagle
At Morioka station in Iwate prefecture
This sake was recommended by a shop assistant.
Because I was drinking it at the same time as Tobiroki, I felt a little sour.
The firefly squid, the salmon of Miyako, the croquette of the beef of Maesawa...it was the best!
I finally found Tobiroki!
It was recommended by my boss from last year. I've been waiting until I stumbled across it somewhere.
No complaints, super tasty !!!!
It's so easy to drink!
The sourness, sweetness, and spiciness were all pleasant.
