Ura-Hanzo Kaminoho Rice polishing ratio 50%. 15% alcohol Sake degree +2 It was purchased at a liquor store called Morishita in Ise. "Ura" is a private brand that is distributed to this liquor store. You can enjoy it with cold sake. I drank it up in no time. I'm really grateful to this liquor store for letting me use their washroom....

Fully ripened Koshi apple Purchased at a sake brewery. It is a fully ripe version of Kinone Apple which I drank before. It was very delicious. Good in a wine glass.

I went to an event about a video of a sake brewery in Shibuya. It was great on a weekday morning when it was all reserved. The first drink was sparkling. Sweet and delicious. The sake is filled with the thoughts of the brewers. The scenery of the countryside was also beautiful and great. I was also impressed by the space creation. It was a small venue, but the images were dynamic.

Takeba Junmai Hiyaoroshi I fell in love with this brand after visiting Noto last year. I don't have a good enough palate to understand the mellowness of hiyaoroshi, but It made me feel the coming of autumn.

Tombo Sparkling At home I've always wanted to drink this. I went to a supermarket in Kanagawa prefecture and they had it on display as if it was natural lol. It looks like Tenbi! I think. It's a delicious nigorizake with just the right amount of sweetness.

We all drink online. With such a blessed environment and a gift, we finally achieved 200 check-ins this year: ！！！！！ I drank a lot, myself! I'll be back tomorrow to drink what I want and with whom I want. Mizutoriki is very popular these days (apparently). It was a great marriage with sushi. A bottle to remember!

Koko Kinoene Masamune Junmai Rice polishing ratio 65 15% alcohol At home When you buy it at the brewery, you're buying 100% freshly bottled sake. There is not much aroma. I felt the taste like the richness of rice. It's a little burnt, I wonder what it is. There was a sour taste that hit my nose.
