Sake as a toast or as an in-between-dinner drink or as a debut sake I highly recommend this bottle. I bought it at JR Nagaoka station. It was refrigerated and fresh. Low alcohol, sweet and sour. It is refreshing and goes well with everything. It is also delicious lukewarm. It is a light sake.
