This is so good. You'll know it when you drink it. It is truly the ramune of the sake world. Juicy and fresh. It has a clean taste without any impurities. This was my first Mimuro Sugi, but I would like to try others!

I thought it would be sweet and tasty because it is Eiko Fuji, but this is quite light and dry. It is not fruity at all, and has a slightly mineral-like aroma. It has a slightly mineral-like aroma. Although it has a refined feel like a ginjo-shu despite the 80% rice polishing ratio, I would prefer something a little more fruity.

After drinking Harukasumi, I wanted to drink Shinmasa, too, so I opened it. The aroma reminds me of juicy grapes and apples, and the taste is well-balanced with a slight spiciness. It has a slight piquancy and gasiness. In a No. 6 comparison, it seems more acidic and less bitter than Haruka.

This is a limited edition brand from Arisawa Corporation, the brewer of Bunkajin. It is a year-round, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Despite its high alcohol content (17.5ºC) in orikarami, it has a fresh, juicy, rummy taste. Gaseous sake with citrus and apple aroma. Not a famous brand but delicious.

It has a rice polishing ratio of 70%, is honjozo, and has an alcohol content of 20%, which is quite an astonishing specification, but when you drink it, you will find it hard to believe that it has an alcohol content of 20%. There is no alcohol smell at all, and the sake is rich in flavor and richness with a slightly tropical aroma. I would not have bought this sake myself if I had only seen the specs, but I was surprised at how delicious it was!

Fruity and juicy Hououmida. The aroma is of white grape, lychee, green apple, and so on. It is a delicious and honorable sake. However, since it was a comparison with Jyushiyo Daijyokujo Nama, it was a little hazy 😂.
