Junmai Daiginjo by Tobiroki! I bought it because it was on sale! I was expecting a lot since the special junmai was so good, but I guess my expectations were not high enough. It's delicious, but at over 3,000 yen, it's not what I expected, It has an apple-like aroma, but it tastes a little bit messy. It also has a slight minerality. Maybe it's the brewing water? If anyone knows, please let me know: 🙇‍♂🙇‍♂

A rare limited edition sake from Saku. Rumor has it that only one tank is made? This is my first time to taste Saku's Junmai Daiginjo! It has a beautifully soft flavor with no sharpness. The aroma, umami, and acidity are all in harmony, making it a very well-balanced sake.

All of the Saku are similarly named and hard to recognize, but this one is a Junmai Ginjo. It has a clean acidity and a crisp pear-like aroma. The flavor is well balanced and extremely delicious. This may be my favorite of all the sake I have had so far!

Rare raw gin sake. Normally, gin is said to be aged for two years before being shipped, but this time there was nothing available that met that time period, so they offered freshly pressed shiboritate instead. The flavor is on the same vector as Sora, but lighter and lighter.
