I've been to Nagano several times this year. I was finally able to buy it at the right time! Sake from a winery. The feeling of popping the cork is exciting 🍾. It's clear, transparent, and light. It has a strong alcohol taste! I drank only one glass and put the rest in the cellar. I drank it a few days later and it was mellower. I liked it better after a few days than right after opening. Rice: Nagano Miyamanishiki Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing ratio: 70
