This is my first time to try a Daiginjo Akitashakekomachi! My impressions are that it's still delicious and as expected from Tasake! It's easy to drink and has a nice sharpness, and compared to other Junmai-shu Daiginjos from Tasake, it's a great price (lol). It's easy to drink, crisp and refreshing. I'd love to drink this again!

It was Junmai Ginjo before, but this time it's Junmai Daiginjo ^_^! The aroma is indeed pineapple! The taste is sweet and easy to drink with less bitterness of Junmai Ginjo. It's like pineapple juice for adults! This time it was only available in 1 square bottle, so I used 1 square bottle, but next time I'll buy it in a #4 bottle (lol)

The second bottle of colors was Viridian. The price was a bit high, but when I tried it... I fell in love with it ☺️. It was a little bit expensive, but when I drank it... I fell in love with it so much☺️ It's like a white wine, but it goes really well with a wine glass. I was so excited! It's a little hard to find a place that sells it, but if I find it again, I'll buy it and keep it in stock (lol).

I was able to drink my long awaited Jyushiyo at home😭. I thought I could only drink it in pubs, so I was very impressed! As always, I don't feel any miscellaneous flavors at all and it's so easy to drink! It's like apple juice already and it's amazing♪ I wish I could drink Jyushiyo at home again ^_^.

The price was a little high, but I bought it because it's from the same brewery as Jikin! My impression is that it is very delicate. It has a very delicate aroma and is easy to drink, with very little bitterness. I'm not sure if it's the best sake for the money💦.

My wife wanted it so badly and I just happened to find it so I bought it ^_^. It's sweet and easy to drink! It's also wonderful with a pineapple feel to it like a hualiyoko... ♪ I hope to repeat it again!

I was able to slip in the last bottle and get it! It was insanely sweet, and I didn't notice any miscellaneous flavors, so I was able to drink it quickly and it was very tasty ^_^. I want to drink it again, but I regret that it's not an easy sake to drink (lol)

Got my long awaited hana-yoko! I heard it was pineapple juice so I was really looking forward to it ^^. My impression is that it smells like pineapple! I've never had a sake with such a fruity smell before, so I was even more excited! The taste... It's not quite pineapple juice, but if you taste it with your tongue, you can definitely taste the pineapple. It's not quite pineapple juice, but when you taste it on your tongue, you can feel the pineapple flavor, and then the bitterness follows. I drank it knowing that it would be insanely sweet, but it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be (laughs). It's definitely a good sake, but I guess I was expecting too much from it, and I didn't think it would be that hard to find.

Probably no other sake has such a bad luck name (laughs) Anyway, it has a great habit. It's easy to drink when it's warmed up. Maybe it's better to think of it as a kind of Shaoxing wine.

I never thought I'd see the day when I could drink Hanaup at home! It's very easy to drink, has a great aroma, and the more you drink it, the more flavorful it becomes! I want to drink this again ^_^!

It's pretty easy to drink and the tingling sensation is as good as ever^^! Best of all, I was surprised to find that the tingling sensation was still there a day after I opened the package!

I finally got to buy the new administration I've always wanted, and I opened it that day! I drank it chilled and it's definitely fruity, refreshing and easy to drink, but it's also a little watery in a bad way. I just like the feeling of tingling on the tongue. It's almost like a slightly watery, easy-drinking white wine? However, interestingly enough, it was most enjoyable to drink at room temperature as the flavor and richness of the drink began to emerge. Warming it up or higher was not recommended (lol).

I happened to find it and got it instantly. It was surprisingly dry, like a brewed sake, even though it's a junmai sake. I wanted sashimi (lol). And personally, I found the heat to be more than warm and delicious.

My first noble brew I was expecting it to be sweet and salty, but when I tried it, it was much more drinkable than I expected. It's easy to drink, not too habitual, and I found a nice drink ^_^^. I thought it would go well with barbecued meat. But I can't guzzle it, and I hear it's going to mature, so I'll drink it every day, in small batches. (e.g. "I'll be back")
