It's a crazy good drink, this ^_^. The smell is so creamy and perfumey in a good way. Especially, the smell from the tasting glass is great. The mouthfeel is also very round and easy to drink with little miscellaneous taste. You can drink it as many times as you like. If I see it again, I'll buy it to keep in stock.

The pineapple feeling was definitely there. For better or worse, it's like a hanyou-yoku. The closest thing to Hanayo-yoku is Kameisencel, but this is also very close to Hanayo-yoku. In terms of specifications, I felt that if this is a Junmai Daiginjo, the cost is not bad.

It was my first time at Aizan. In a word, it was very heavy and punchy (laughs), like drinking strong soda. If I have the chance, I'd like to try the Aisan 50.

Sometimes it seems to be called cream soda, but personally I felt it was more like undiluted plum Calpis than cream soda. And as the back of the label says, it was delicious on the rocks. I wonder if it would be even more delicious if it was mixed with something like a cocktail.

The sake brewer of Jyushiyo, Takagi Shuzo supervised it. They are the main shochu brewery ^_^. But we were surprised that we didn't feel the image of the Jyuoshiyo, but it was delicious.

It's often called Calpis for adults! When I drank it, the expression "Calpis for adults" seemed to fit perfectly. And it has a very addictive slurpiness ^_^. And I think it tasted a little better after letting it sit for a day (vague).

My long-awaited Kojo Nishiki ^_^. The depth of the taste was very good, and it was the taste which did not betray the expectation because I wanted to drink it for a long time. The costa was good too, so if there's another one, I'd like to repeat it!

It was a very clear sake. It's just that it's so clear that it doesn't have any particular flavor or characteristic that makes it a little disappointing. Also, when I think of Char, I think of Char from Gundam, but I wonder if there's a relationship (laughs). It would be interesting to take a picture with it ^_^.

My first honored chrysanthemum! First of all, the aroma is very milky ^_^. And when I drank it, it was so good! It's refreshing, tingly, and has the grapefruit taste that people say it has. It's also a bit similar to Shinsei's Lapis. It was such a good sake that I can see why it's at the top of the sake rankings!

My first Shinsei Private Lab! To be honest, when I drank it on the first day, it was subtle and disappointing. But as the days went by, the miscellaneous flavors disappeared and the richness and flavor deepened, and I was amazed that there could be such a delicious sake! I was amazed! It was like juice itself ^_^! To put it simply, it's like a fruit. If you drink it early, it's not ripe, but if you let it sit for a while, it becomes ripe and delicious. It's a must repeat LV!

I've never been a fan of muddled sake, but it's so sweet and refreshing that it's broken the concept of muddled sake in a good way ^_^ Personally, I don't think I've seen many muddled junmai daiginjos, but I guess it's just my imagination (laughs). I would like to drink it again.

This is the last ecru I drank at Colors. I don't know why it was so hard to get this one in colors. It was dry and had a good acidity, so I felt it was very good. Above all, I'm glad I could drink 2019 before 2020 (laugh)

The third bottle of colors is Cosmos. The taste is similar to Lapis, but I think this one has a little more flowers. The first day I opened the bottle, I felt that Lapis was fine, but after letting it sit for a day, it became mellow and very tasty ^_^. I think I'll try drinking it after letting it sit for a while next time.

My long awaited Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiroki! As expected, it's easy to drink and nice and dry, and it goes well cold. I paired it with fish because it's so dry, but it still goes great with that! I was also surprised that it was easy to match with other dishes.
