This is my first time to try a Daiginjo Akitashakekomachi!
My impressions are that it's still delicious and as expected from Tasake! It's easy to drink and has a nice sharpness, and compared to other Junmai-shu Daiginjos from Tasake, it's a great price (lol).
It's easy to drink, crisp and refreshing.
I'd love to drink this again!
