Denshu's Kojo Nishiki! I had high hopes for this because the Jun Gin Kojo was so good, but I think the powerful feeling of the Kojo has faded and it's a bit more refined. But it's still delicious, so if anything, it's probably closer to regular Tasake. Personally, I think I would have preferred the Jun Gin Kojo (´ω・`). But it's still a very great sake with great cost performance 😅.

I saw it so I bought it. My impression is that it's a rice wine 🤣. I didn't like it because it's a little bit quirky, but as a sake, it's very highly rated! I can't believe it's a sake made on top of wine😳. It's a great sake, but it's not the best sake. I've heard that if you let it sit for three days or more, it becomes more complex, so maybe I should have let it sit longer? (laughs)

Got my long awaited NO.6! We opened a bottle on our wedding anniversary ^_^. It's very easy to drink, juicy, no miscellaneous tastes, no bitterness, and a good amount of acidity. It's very easy to drink, juicy, no bitterness, and good acidity. It's almost like a white wine, but it also has a proper sake feeling. If I were to say more, it would be like a white wine made from rice (lol) I could keep drinking it forever! It's rarely available, but if it was again, I'd definitely buy it!

Sagami White!!! I was looking forward to it before I drank it because I just love Sagami ^_^. My impression is that it's a little quirky, but as always, this sweetness is delicious! The bitterness that comes after a little bit puts the brakes on the sweetness, and I was able to drink it while feeling relaxed! I drank it over the next three days, and I was amazed at how the habit disappeared and the sweetness increased day by day! It's not fair that it tasted so good on the first day and doubled in taste after sleeping (lol)! I'm hoping to get it again next year, since I probably won't be able to get it this year!

I never thought I'd see the day when I could buy a Jikin Daiginjo ^_^. My impression is that it's elegant and crisp, but it's too sharp and sharp to be like Jishin... It's not a bad sake by any means, but the price is reasonable and the cost performance is not good. I'd like to try the Junmai Daiginjo next time.

My first Jikin! To sum it up, I was surprised to find that it was a very complete sake! At first I thought it was just an ordinary sake, and that I would be disappointed, but the more I drank it, the more the taste boosted, and the spicier it was, the sweeter it suddenly became, and it became a sake that I could keep drinking! And even though it's often said that it's fiery, it makes you want to give birth to it! It was a wonderful sake that made me feel that it was made so close to the edge that if I made a mistake, it wouldn't taste good at all, and I could understand the phrase "live the present to the fullest," which is the meaning of the present. It's hard to get, but I'd like to get it again even if I have to force myself a little!

It's a summer sake, but I opened a Junmai Daiginjo ^_^. At first, it's delicious! It is sweet and very juicy. It's sweet and juicy, but it's 17 degrees, so it's very heavy. But I can drink it easily. If I had to pick a weak point, I'd say the price is a little high. It's all subjective, but if you could lower the alcohol content and the price and still get this flavor, I think it would make a great pre-drink!

My impression is that it is similar to Shinsei. It's good to be good and the smell is silky good. However, I didn't think it was cosmetically good for the price. I also felt that it lacked a bit of interesting flavor.

なんとなく買った磯自慢ですが、、まさかの素晴らしすぎる食中酒でした!! 食中酒と言っても単体でもずっと飲み続けられますね^_^ 良い具合の辛口、フルーティで雑味も上手く消せてヌルッとした感じなのにキレもある。 磯と名付けるだけあり、魚とのペアリングは最高。鍋との相性も悪くない。 家にストックして置きたいし、日本酒を勧めるなら磯自慢を勧めたいくらい大好きです(笑)

花陽浴の3本目は備前雄町 とにかく匂いが良すぎて度肝を抜かれました。花陽浴のパイナップルが優しく円やかな香りに包まれとても上品でずっとこの匂いを嗅いでいたい(笑) 味は少し苦味があるものの、相変わらずパイナップル。この匂いを嗅ぎながら飲める酒は素晴らしいです。 贅沢ですが、個人的にこの苦味を取り払えてもらえたら最高なんですがね💦 今回は一升瓶しかなかったので一升瓶にしましたが・・・次から4合瓶で充分かも。。。

光栄菊2本目は黄昏オレンジ 感想としては柑橘系のヨーグルト風味で少し癖がある感じですね。なんていうか、、、ツンってする感じの癖??? 私は嫌いじゃないですが好き嫌いが分かれそうな味に思いました。

亜麻猫飲んで少ししてから入手!! 飲んだ感想はもうシャンパンというか、スパークリングワインと思っちゃいます^_^ そして見た目の割に凄く強炭酸で驚きました。 日本酒って言われずに黙って出されたらスパークリングワインって誤解します(笑)

It was a rather sweet sake. But it's the lightest sweetness among Murasuke's.... I heard that the black label is very sweet, so I'd like to try it sometime ^_^.

I've never seen Hakkaisan's Kijoshu before, and it's about a 2-gallon bottle, so I bought it. On the first day I opened the bottle, it had a very muddy taste. But on the second day, the sweetness came out, and on the third day, there was no miscellaneous taste at all ^_^. After all, there are many noble brewed sake that become tasty as the day passes.

Spring label of Tasake But when I heated it up, it was unbelievably delicious! The taste of the sake is even more refined, which is a problem... (laughs) It has a great sweetness, but it's also crisp and fruity, which is more than I could have hoped for ^_^. I was disappointed with the cold version, but the warmed version was crazy good, so I'm looking forward to the autumn label!

The second bottle of Private Lab was a cat ^_^. As for my impressions of this wine, it seems that it's not for everyone. For better or worse, it's like a white wine. I thought it was subtle on the first day, but as the day went on, it became more round and tasty. Personally, I'd like to try the spark ^_^.
