This is the first brand of Nabeshima that I have ever had.
The aroma and umami spread out as is typical of Nabeshima, and a little bit of spiciness rounds it out.
I was like, "What the hell is that? But when the temperature rose a bit, the sweetness and softness came out.
But when the temperature rose a little, the sweetness and softness came forward. However, the aftertaste is tangy and the aroma spreads.
Miki.
Thank you for your comment.
I thought there was a difference between the label and the product right after taking it out of the fridge, but gradually the legs came to be true to the label. I thought it was a little bit different from the label right after I took it out of the fridge, but it gradually became a leg that did not lie on the label. (I'm sorry for the inconvenience.)
Shichiyokoiki is written and read as "Nanahokui".
It is the name of a sacred vessel used in the Gion Festival in Minamiaizu Town.
It has a nigori-style mouthfeel, a hint of sweetness, and a tight aftertaste.
I hope I can make the festival this year. ・・・・
Two years ago, I made a reservation in advance for a four-bottle set of four bottles each from four local breweries in Minami Aizu, which were suffering from Corona. I asked him to bring the bottles to my garage when they arrived, but due to the Corona disaster, I couldn't get to the store to pick them up. I finally went to pick it up this past GW.
It has a light ginjo aroma, a bit of spiciness on the tip of the tongue, and a light umami flavor on the base of the tongue, but it was stored in very poor conditions, so it may not be the original flavor. ・・・・
No label on the front.
I am sure I bought it at the local Kobayashi Sake Shop in Minamiaizu Town, but it has been two years since I returned home and I forgot what kind of sake it was.
I pulled it out of the refrigerator at my parents' house.
It was refreshing for a Minamiaizu sake.
It also has a nice aroma. I think.
I'm already drunk after drinking craft beer at Minamiaizu Brewing Brewing, so please give it a "C" level of trust.
This is the first sake brewery I have ever heard of.
When you drink it, it comes with a bang, but the aroma comes to the tip of your tongue and the aftertaste is refreshing.
This is the second bottle from the Niigata Sanzou advanced sake set given to me by my work apprentice.
It is clear, dry, and has a slightly fruity aroma.
Zealots are a favorite of mine every year.
It has a nice, tight mouthfeel, sweetness, and aroma.
I'm grateful that I was able to drink my favorite sake again this year.
Thank you to all the people who have been involved with me.
One of the three bottles of sake that one of my apprentices gave me when I moved to a new city.
When I got home and opened the box, I was surprised. I was surprised when I went home and opened the box to find a set of fine sake from three famous Niigata brands. You don't have a lot of money, but you can't afford it. ・・・・ (crying with joy).
It's dry and refreshing, but it also has a delicious sourness.
It goes well with sunfish sashimi.
This is the first of a set of three bottles that one of my former colleagues gave me as a souvenir of our visit to the Ise Shrine.
I started with the Honjozo.
It's a bit spicy and strong.
The alcohol smell is also strong. ・・・・
