Two years ago, I made a reservation in advance for a four-bottle set of four bottles each from four local breweries in Minami Aizu, which were suffering from Corona. I asked him to bring the bottles to my garage when they arrived, but due to the Corona disaster, I couldn't get to the store to pick them up. I finally went to pick it up this past GW.
It has a light ginjo aroma, a bit of spiciness on the tip of the tongue, and a light umami flavor on the base of the tongue, but it was stored in very poor conditions, so it may not be the original flavor. ・・・・
