This is the last of the three major Niigata breweries' advanced varieties given to me by my work apprentice.
It has a slight spiciness, bitterness, and mildness.
I think it is a very well-balanced sake.
This is the third Niigata souvenir from a junior colleague who wrote "Kakurei" (not "Tsururei") in hiragana on the cap.
It is fruity, dry, and leaves a lingering aftertaste on the tip of the tongue. Delicious!
This is the first sake brewery I've ever had.
There is not much of an aroma on the nose, but when you put it in your mouth, it smells similar to the Sharaku I just had.
I wonder what it is, I feel a unique taste on the tip of my tongue, but I can't describe it well. My vocabulary is too poor. (I can't describe it well.)
For Sharaku, I felt a bit of spiciness the first time it entered my mouth. After that, a peculiar aroma, I wonder if it is called ester smell, or something like that, reflowed in my mouth.
I think there was a slight sweetness at the end.
This is the second bottle of Niigata souvenir given to me by a junior colleague at work.
It is clean like a daiginjo.
When the temperature is low, it is dry, but when it warms up a little at room temperature, the melon aroma comes forward.
A bottle of Niigata souvenir given to me by a junior colleague at work.
It too has an aroma that reminds me of wine, and a mouthfeel that is full of zing and acidity.
I was surprised at the taste. (laugh).
One of two lomangs delivered by a relative to my parents' house.
It has been a little while since I have been back home, so it was an out-of-season Hanami Romain.
It was soft and fluffy, fragrant and yet tight.
Next year, I want to drink it while viewing cherry blossoms.
Good evening, nabe-san.
The first "Yume no Kaori" I drank was this Kaito Otokoyama, and I was impressed by how delicious it was! I was so impressed!
I hope to meet this sake again 🍶.
I drank some Minamiaizu sake tonight 😊.
Mr. Aaru Sake
Oh, I didn't know that! I am not the heir to this brewery, but her eldest daughter was a kindergarten classmate of mine. She was tall, beautiful and smart.
This is the first brand of Nabeshima that I have ever had.
The aroma and umami spread out as is typical of Nabeshima, and a little bit of spiciness rounds it out.
I was like, "What the hell is that? But when the temperature rose a bit, the sweetness and softness came out.
But when the temperature rose a little, the sweetness and softness came forward. However, the aftertaste is tangy and the aroma spreads.
Miki.
Thank you for your comment.
I thought there was a difference between the label and the product right after taking it out of the fridge, but gradually the legs came to be true to the label. I thought it was a little bit different from the label right after I took it out of the fridge, but it gradually became a leg that did not lie on the label. (I'm sorry for the inconvenience.)
Shichiyokoiki is written and read as "Nanahokui".
It is the name of a sacred vessel used in the Gion Festival in Minamiaizu Town.
It has a nigori-style mouthfeel, a hint of sweetness, and a tight aftertaste.
I hope I can make the festival this year. ・・・・
Two years ago, I made a reservation in advance for a four-bottle set of four bottles each from four local breweries in Minami Aizu, which were suffering from Corona. I asked him to bring the bottles to my garage when they arrived, but due to the Corona disaster, I couldn't get to the store to pick them up. I finally went to pick it up this past GW.
It has a light ginjo aroma, a bit of spiciness on the tip of the tongue, and a light umami flavor on the base of the tongue, but it was stored in very poor conditions, so it may not be the original flavor. ・・・・
