Purchased at a local supermarket I was curious about the limited edition sake agitation and "Tamako"... There is almost no aroma. The mouthfeel is sweet. After the sweetness settles down, the aftertaste spreads. The aftertaste is summer sake, and the sourness spreads to the back of the tongue. The alcohol feeling like sake remains. I am not good at the alcohol feeling. But if you drink it while eating, the aftertaste is suppressed The sweetness and umami are emphasized. I could drink it just fine.

Purchased at a local liquor store A sunny label... or maybe an Akita dog. It's a nice label that doesn't look like sake. The aroma is muscat. The mouthfeel is sweet, but quickly changes to umami. When it reaches the back of the throat, there is a slight astringency. It's not an unpleasant taste, but it creates a refreshing feeling. After that, the ginjo scent is gradually released. The astringency and the ginjo aroma make it a refreshing and crisp sake. Recommended for aperitifs When it is combined with dark food, the flavor becomes richer, but but the freshness will be diminished. We want you to enjoy the crispness of this sake.

At Gujo Hachiman I was attracted by the flower yeast and bought it. There were four kinds of Motofumi in the line at the sake shop. Each of them has a different yeast, which shows the brewer's attention to detail. I chose the Kiku yeast. It's not registered as a brand in Sake no Wa... I opened the bottle with a mixture of anticipation and anxiety... The aroma reminded me of a sweet, tender taste. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes just as you'd expect... but then The flavor changes are interesting from here! First, a spicy stimulus dances on the tongue. Then the aroma spreads to the nose. Then a little bitterness in the back of the throat. And finally, it disappears completely. To be able to enjoy so much in one bite... I'm sure it's carefully made. I realized once again that I like sake. I'm glad I bought this one! Next time I go to Gujo Next time I go to Gujo, I'll buy some of the Tsukishita Bijin yeast!

Forgot to check in...photo is an empty bottle This is a standard item that we buy every time we go to Takayama. Dry sake with no miscellaneous taste. Super refreshing as always! It's consistently good cold or warmed! I paired it with kimchi nabe and cold sake in hot weather. It was so good that it was empty immediately! It doesn't get sour even when heated, so it's good with fillets, too.

It was on sale for a very low price! I was so excited to buy... After opening the bottle, a sweet aroma wafted out. If you sniff carefully, you can also smell a touch of sake. It tastes like banana yogurt. The flavor does not change or spread. It just disappears in the mouth. I've tried it and it goes well with red meat and garlic

Very drinkable, clean taste. It's not too clean, but has a rich taste on the tongue. The refreshing aroma spreads moderately. For those who want to enjoy the aroma more I recommend the limited time "Hanayamagari Sakura" (I tasted it)
