The SEA was so good that I had to repeat the Akatake!
It has a distinctive hiyaoroshi aroma with a hint of sake.
I thought it would be dry from the aroma. I thought it was.
But when you put it in your mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste that is typical of Akatake.
After that, a gentle alcohol feeling rises
It finishes with the dryness and sharpness typical of hiyaoroshi.
I felt the grapefruit in the SEA
If I had to compare it to a fruit
I'd say this one is Kabosu juice.
Hiyaoroshi is also delicious!
