わおち
I bought it after tasting it at a local liquor store.
It is made from very good Yamada Nishiki rice.
The popular Kyokai No. 18 yeast is used.
It looks delicious from the specification.
The aroma is elegant muscat.
The mouthfeel is as gentle as water.
It has a slight pear-like sweetness.
Gradually, this sweetness expands.
Astringency appears in the middle
It evolves into a muscat type flavor.
Thanks to the astringency, it has a nice aftertaste.
It tastes like a white wine!
The sweetness and umami come afterwards.
I love tricky sake like this!
This was my first Junmai Daiginjo since I stopped drinking.
It's still delicious! I'm satisfied!

わおち
[Postscript] 1 week after opening the bottle
The taste has changed, the sweetness has subsided, and it has become hollow bitter dry!
It feels like a wolf has bared its fangs!
For those of you who prefer a sweet taste
If you are a sweet drinker, you should drink it right after opening the bottle...
There is no miscellaneous taste, so it is easy to drink for dry taste lovers!
