わおちPurchased at a local liquor store We can not taste the sake because of the state of emergency I selected the most popular autumn sake. The aroma is modest The mouthfeel is a little bitter to sweet I think it is the sweetness of the rice flavor The aftertaste is also bitter and sharp. Once you get used to drinking it, the bitterness on the palate will ease It becomes easy to drink. [2nd day after opening the bottle] The bitterness is gone and it becomes easier to drink. The bitterness is well balanced and delicious. Third day after opening the bottle The bitterness becomes more rounded and the umami becomes more prominent. [Fourth day after opening the bottle The acidity comes out and it becomes fruity. Overall, it is a sake with a strong umami flavor. It's right in the middle of what I imagine Hiyaoroshi to taste like. I hit the very center of what I imagined it to be😃. Personally, the second day is the best day to enjoy the bitterness. I also recommend the 4th day when it is easy to drink for everyone.
