わおち
Purchased at a local supermarket
Although it was not registered as a brand name
It's a new brand from Reiwa, "Hanamizo".
I like the label.
The aroma is pungent, and it has a dry taste.
The first sip... the flavor of the rice is very slight.
The alcoholic taste that seems to come out of the nose but doesn't go away.
The bitterness is refreshing.
It is dry in general.
But it has a strange taste that I have never had before.
At this point, the child started to complain, so I stopped drinking.
Fifteen minutes later... I resume drinking... and gulp...
...!
Did you drink something else? I thought so.
The flavor of the rice is swelling up.
It changes from a dry sake to a mellow sake.
...The taste didn't return even after cooling it down.
It's the fastest aging after opening the bottle in my history.
It's like I'm disgusted.
But it turned out to be delicious, so I emptied it right away.
It was a good sake with a good price.
