わおちPurchased at a liquor store back home. I don't know the detailed specs. I heard the rice is different from the normal label. I think the owner said it was a traditional sake... The aroma is muscat. The sourness comes in the mouth. The sweetness is faint and the sourness plays the main role. The aftertaste is gentle bitterness and alcohol. You will be surprised at the gentle taste even though the rice is polished to 65 It is suitable for Japanese food and goes well with sashimi. After a while, the taste started to change. I decided to drink it every day. The second day after opening the bottle. It became mellow and tasted like water. If I were to compare the flavor to freshly picked white peaches It's like a freshly picked white peach. [3rd day after opening the bottle] The corners have been removed and the balance of sourness and sweetness is good. Very easy to drink! Fourth day after opening the bottle. The sweetness seems to take the lead over the sourness. Easy to drink and delicious If I let it sit too long I think the acidity will disappear. I think it's best to drink it for about 3~5 days.
