Tasted and purchased at a local liquor store
When I visited the liquor store in the afternoon of 10/2
I came across a brand that had just arrived!
I tasted it with the owner☺.
It is made from early rice harvested in August
The rice was harvested in August and shipped in October.
As you can see on the label, the rice is polished to a very low 90%!
You might wonder what kind of peculiarity it is.
The aroma is refreshing and fruity!
The taste is rich with the flavor of the rice.
It is tingly and has a fresh sour taste.
The taste is strong, but the aroma and sourness make it easy to drink!
It has a freshly harvested and squeezed taste.
A good concept sake😁.
I like it very much!
I want to drink it again next year!
According to the owner, the flavor of the rice bran comes out well!
The flavor that I usually compare to fruit
I was shocked to learn that the flavor I usually compare to fruit is originally rice bran 🤣.
