Katsuyama Shuzo, a leading Sendai sake brewery, has Katsuyama Shuzo, Sendai's leading sake brewer, produced a limited edition of 3,000 bottles in 2022. It is a limited edition commemorative Sendai Masamune for Miyagi's 150th anniversary 😊. We brought this Sendai Masamune to a friend's house for a party. As I mentioned in my profile... As I mentioned in my profile... I'm too busy to update this page as needed 😅... I didn't let it sit for 2 years 😅 The food at that time was... It was hamburgers and kimchi nabe😊.

New Year's party at a friend's house 🥰. I was told there would be sake... I was looking forward to it, but... No way... it wasn't a four-pack... It was a small 300ml bottle of Suehiro sake 😅. Dainagawa's "Tenka Natsuzake" from Akita Prefecture It's been getting hotter and hotter lately😊. I found it by chance. A very cool labeled Tenka Summer Sake (limited edition). Cooled to a crisp I thought I'd like to wear a yukata and drink this sake on the porch 😊. (Note: I live in an apartment, so I don't have a porch 😭) Today's dish was... Wok-fried gizzards with soy sauce and flavor😊. It's a very cool sake... I think a cold tofu with lots of condiments would go well with it 😊. Alcohol level 15 degrees Rice polishing ratio 60%. Sake degree -3°C Acidity 2.4 Rice used: Sakekomachi (produced in Akita Prefecture) Purchase price: 1,540 yen / 4-gallon bottle

Kamizen Nyosui" by Shirataki Sake Brewery in Niigata Prefecture😊. I've been drinking it since I was young... It was recently renewed 😆. (I say recently, but that was in March...) The look and feel of the label typeface has been refreshed😊. And when I drank it... I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm not sure what to make of it either. Nanamizu Yumesasara 55" from Toraya Honten in Tochigi Prefecture😊. I bought this souvenir when I went to visit Tochigi prefecture. It's so good! Delicious👍 A fruity and crisp sake... I personally hit the jackpot with this sake😊. And 7 no mizu sounds like a good omen 😊. Today's ate is... Miso Hormone👍 My favorite is eating Miso Horumon and drinking delicious Nanamizu... 😍. Utsunomiya Sake Brewery's "Shikizakura Y.S" 😊. Utsunomiya City... I bought it on the recommendation of the liquor store owner when I visited Kanuma City.
