Shirataki Shuzo's... "Kamizen Nyosui Junmai Daiginjo😊 This is a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo for January. I've been drinking it for a while now and it's been pretty dry. I thought this Daiginjo would be spicy too... It has a sweet and fruity taste😊. Ate with sliced yams😋 I really enjoyed it with the simplicity of the yam🥰. And I regularly buy Jozen Josui every month😊. They renewed it in March. So I bought it again😆. Really, my stock of Jozennyosui is building up 😅. Shirataki Sake Brewery's... "Kamizen Nyosui🥰 30th anniversary label😊. I used to hate sake when I was young, but this is the sake that taught me how delicious sake can be😊. The first time I drank Kamizen Nyosui was 20 years ago. And when I was a wine drinker and drank only wine... This is the first time I've had the chance to try it. This is when I started drinking sake again. And that's when I got hooked on sake. For me... When it comes to sake, it's probably Kamizen Nyosui. Today's entrée is... Oguro Shuzo's "Koshinoumeiri" 😊. There was an exhibition of Niigata products at a nearby department store... It's a sake from "DHC" 😄. I bought it because they recommended it to me and said it would make my skin smooth 😆 😊. I don't care if it doesn't make my skin smooth 😅. Today's Ate is... I'm not a fan of DHC... I'm going to have to try this one. I thought it would be sweet because it's DHC and it's for women. I thought... I'll be back! The alcohol content is 19 degrees (high🥰). Rice polishing ratio 60%. Nigori no Kamizen Nyosui by Shirataki Shuzo 😊. I buy and drink their limited edition sake every month😊. This "Nigori no Kamizen Nyosui" is in December. Nigori sake has an image of being sweet, but... Hiroki Shuzo's "Tobiroki"🥰 Sometimes you can buy it at your local liquor store. But... at a fixed price 😆. March is the end of the fiscal year, so I drank it to get my energy up 🥰 My comment after drinking it is... I don't have to tell you... it's delicious😍. It's a rare sake, so I want to drink it carefully, but... The pace of the drink goes on and on 😅 Today's dish... Sashimi of "Hijika" (I don't make it at all 😅) And I got bored in the middle... I saw three other customers buying it in a row at a liquor store... I'm not sure if it's that great of a drink. I was skeptical, so I decided to be the fourth customer in a row. I happened to find this at a liquor store, Echigo Tsurukame wine yeast brewing😊. I read the reviews on the internet and... I'm going to try it myself🥰 I've been drinking it for a while now. But the aftertaste is sake😊. It's a very strange sake😆. By the way... I used to drink only wine before I got into sake😊. This is a hybrid of white wine and sake🥰 This may be the way to go👍. I thought it had a strong sake feel to it... I chose tofu as an appetizer... but this was a mismatch😅. By the way... The first day was a clash between the wine and sake sensations... On the second day, the sake was very mellow and fruity🥰. Alcohol content 13%. Rice polishing ratio 60%. Sake degree -32 Acidity 4.0

The Sasaki Sake Brewery in Natori City, Miyagi Prefecture... It's a "freshly squeezed raw sake" 😊. I'm a drinker... I'm not going to drink chocolate on Valentine's Day🥰 It's a rare drink... I've never seen this drink before. Natto rolls and sardine tatsuta for dessert😋. It was very tasty but... Then there was an earthquake... The bottle fell over and I spilled some of the alcohol 😣 What did you think when you drank it... Junmai Ginjo from Saura in Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture😊. I live in Miyagi prefecture so.... It's a local sake brewery😊. I thought that I could drink it anytime in my hometown... I finally had the chance to try it 🥰 Personally, I was expecting it to be a dry sake... I was expecting it to be dry, but... I was expecting it to be dry, but it was rather gentle, fruity and crisp 🥰 And... the name of the sake, "No.12". It would be very long to write a description, so... If you're interested, please look it up on the internet😊. If you are interested, please look it up online 🥰 I'll tell you what.... Tako Kimchi🥰 It looks red and spicy, but it's not spicy at all... The octopus is also very big and goes well with alcohol👍. I drank too much tonight 🥰 15-16% alcohol by volume. I'm addicted to Drunken Whale because it was recommended to me at the pub I always go to😊. What a ️! I was able to get it in my neighborhood 😍. Just... Sold by the bottle😅. I can't fit it in my fridge 😣 So that's why... I've got a couple of bottles in the fridge... I replaced the Drunken Whale with an empty bottle😊. Today's 🥰 with tempura of cod roe. Drunken whale is... It's a good sake that complements the food😊. When you say it like that, does Drunk Whale play a supporting role? You might think... Drunken Whale is also the star of the show😊.
