Sake made in collaboration with a sake brewery in limited quantities by an izakaya I used to frequent 😊.
So...I couldn't find anything on the internet 😅
The entrée was shime saba (mackerel) 🥰.
It was a very refreshing drink that didn't cancel out the flavor of the shime saba👍
