1900 Screw cap to open the bottle. Twist and "pssh! No "Pssh! The first thing I felt when I drank it was "Sweet! Then, I immediately thought it was spicy. but it is refreshing. It has a sake degree of -16, but it is not so sweet and not too strong. It is delicious! If it had a little muscat flavor and was slightly sparkling, it might be great.

1815 Slight bubbling sound when the bottle is opened. The moment I drank it, I thought "Sweet! but suddenly I was enveloped by a pungent taste. Green apple? Is it still spicy? Is it still spicy? No. While feeling the sourness like sea cucumber, sweetness and spiciness appeared, and my mouth was filled with a strange taste sensation. Perhaps the microcarbonation is producing the spiciness. It is a sensation that is quite new to me.

1900 Light Muscat Rice flavor is also visible. Good taste! Just a little too refreshing? If it had just a little more flavor, I might like it!

780 I found black beef in the refrigerator! It was not on the menu and when I asked the waiter, he said, "We can serve it. I had drunk a lot, so my taste buds were not clear, but it was a mellow, umami-kuchi type sake. It was a mellow, umami-guchi type sake that I never got tired of drinking.

At a hormone restaurant in Echigo-Yuzawa. First bite: sweet? Hmmm, no. Second bite: spicy! My colleague says it's sweet. The waiter says it's neither sweet nor spicy, and classifies it as sweet compared to Takachiyo. Do I actually have a stupid tongue?

2000 The liquor store owner said it was sweet but had a clear throat. One sip and it had the feel I remembered. With the second sip, I thought this was a very strong plum wine. There is no plum taste, but the sweetness, sourness, and the lingering sensation in the mouth are exactly the same. It is super sweet, but the reason it is so refreshing is because of the astringency that chases after it? It is a food sake.

1025 I bought a two-pack bottle to try out. The first sip right after opening the bottle The sweetness was immediately followed by sourness. I felt the sweetness, followed immediately by sourness and alcohol. Second sip The sweetness increased and the alcohol feeling disappeared. Overall, it is a refreshing sake.

1980 The aroma is sake. In the mouth, it tastes sour and fruit-like, I don't know how to describe it. After the sweetness, a spicy feeling comes over it immediately. Is it because it is after eating Szechuan bean curd?

2200 When the bottle was opened, I expected the liquor to blow out, but surprisingly it was only "pusher". It is slightly carbonated, lightly pungent, and tastes like muscat. It leaves a sweet taste in the mouth, but there is nothing unpleasant about it, and it is a sake that can be drunk in large gulps. I think I would finish a bottle in no time.

2200 After the corking ritual, it pours into a glass and is the color of carbonated Pocari Sweat. The first sip was too strongly carbonated to be sure. The second sip gave the impression of sparkling wine. After the third sip, it gradually tastes like pear with a hint of rice sweetness. It is an interesting sake with sourness, sweetness, and carbonation creating a spicy taste.

We drank at a tavern. Was it because it was a tavern? I was not impressed by it. I would like to buy it and drink it at home someday.

1800 We drank at Lodge Chobei at Kamihigawa Pass. We carried them up the mountain while keeping them cool. I did not hear a push when I opened the bottle. I didn't feel much gas. The taste was muscat-like and light.

2400 I drank AKABU for the first time. I drank half of it and finished it, but it was easy to drink. It is a dangerous sake. When I opened the cork, I heard a swishing sound like fizzy sake, but there was no fizzy feeling on the palate. It is light on the palate. The moment I drank it, I felt it was sweet. However, from time to time, I could taste acidity and rice flavor. The lingering taste is like caramel, but it does not linger. Somehow the fizzy sensation, which I did not feel when I drank it, lingers on the surface of my tongue. I described it as caramel, but I am not sure if that is the correct description.
