I had already experienced this kind of opening ritual, so I carefully opened the crown and heard a "psshhhhhh. I removed the crown after all the gas had escaped. Immediately! It started to gush out from inside! What the heck? I hurriedly poured it into a glass, but it spilled quite a bit. It seems I still don't understand the ritual of opening the bottle. It's no good. The taste, Pear, muscat-like sweetness, with a hint of sourness for a while, mixed with the sweetness of the rice. But it is not a harsh sweetness, but a crisp sweetness. The astringent taste of grapes may remain in the mouth a little bit. The fine carbonation makes it very easy to drink. This AKABU is amazing! In the end, I finished the whole bottle. I wanted to drink it in about 2 days. If I don't drink it, I won't have enough money...

After the second sip, the heavy sweetness I felt at first was gone, and I felt a smooth fruity sensation. The acidity and the spiciness of the alcohol were in good balance. This is delicious!
