Aigipan

The sensation of drinking this sake is that it is a ginjo-shu that is closer to junmai (pure rice).
The color is also junmai-like.
However, I could tell that it was not the Junmai Ginjo that I have been drinking.
It did not feel raw or juicy.
It has a fruity sweetness and a slight spiciness.
The brewer told me to try it both warmed and chilled.
Next time I will try it heated.
