1890 Slight "pusher" when opened. No particular aroma. The cork was plastic. One sip and it looks like something like Sentori? The moment I thought, "Spicy!" It is crisp and spicy. As it is swallowed, the sweetness of the moment it enters the mouth disappears, and the mouthfeel is crisp. The spiciness comes and the sweetness lingers. It was a raw and juicy sake.

450 This is a souvenir for myself when I went to Kumano Kodo. The first sip was just like a Japanese sake. As I drank it, I could taste the sweetness of the rice. It is not unpleasant sweetness, but it is not refreshing. But it is not bad. This is surprisingly good! After finishing it, I kind of regretted that I should have bought another bottle.

1760 One sip and it has a strong flavor! Fruity but with a hint of rice sweetness. The sweetness increases as you drink it. Is it like "Abe"? I thought I would stop after a glass or so because I had just had a flu shot, but I couldn't stop. In the end, I drank more than half of it.

2633 Slight pusher when opened. No particular aroma is detected. Taking a sip, a fruity sweetness is felt for a moment, and soon the spiciness comes. After that, sweetness and spiciness appear alternately, ending with hotness. As you continue drinking, you feel a rice-like sweetness instead of a fruity sweetness. But it is not rice. And the last one is spicy. I couldn't taste the "rich umami" that it claims to have, so I tried drinking it alternately with the remaining "Sakasai no Dawn". It is indeed a "rich umami". I felt its thickness. When I compared them, I could understand that "Shisui no Yoake" was lighter. Both are delicious! I thought that I needed to compare one variety with the other to grasp the concept of the brewery, rather than drinking them individually. However, I think I would drink too much if I did this.

2530 No fizz or sound when opened. No particular aroma. The impression when drinking it is akin to AKABU? When you put it in your mouth, it has a sticky sweet taste. The spiciness appears while changing to a refreshing sweetness. Since the alcohol content is high, the spiciness must follow. First, enjoy the first pressing.

1900 I opened the bottle slowly and heard a "push" sound, so I carefully uncorked it and it didn't overflow, which was a bit disconcerting. The inside of the glass smelled of bananas. With full of expectation, I took a sip. It was sweet! Hmm? Is this a kijoshu? The sweetness is amplified from the ever-changing fruity taste and does not disappear from the mouth. As I continued drinking, perhaps my palate became accustomed to it, the sweetness faded and the freshness increased, and I began to feel the numbness and spiciness from the carbonation on my tongue. This is delicious! I feel like I'm going to empty a bottle soon. I'll hold off on this for today, and we'll see how the taste changes tomorrow.

1900 A little expected "Zero". Silent when opened. No aroma. What's going on? What do you mean? When you take a sip It tastes like Senkou, but nothing more. Huh? Did I chill it too much? The thermometer in the refrigerator reads 2 degrees Celsius. The aroma came out as I drank it, but it was far from what I expected. I have now drunk all the bottles in the series. I think "ORIGARAMI" was the best.

1980 Slight "pssh" when opened. There was no particular aroma. On the palate, "Fruity!" Juicy like a sweet pear, the sweetness does not linger, but is covered by a spiciness. The spiciness is not unpleasant, but refreshing. But the sweetness lingers faintly in the mouth. After two or three sips, the sweetness of the rice becomes clear. This is delicious! You can almost finish the whole bottle.

2310 What a nice aroma when you open the bottle! It looks promising! One sip and it's like, "Oh, it's fruity! Fruity!" I thought I felt softness in my mouth, but it quickly freshened up and became spicy... What was that? Where did the aroma go when I opened the bottle? After drinking about one goupe, I got a sense of sweetness from the rice, but it was still sharp and spicy. It was quite different from the rice wine I drank at a bar.

souvenir It has been a long time since I have had a traditional sake. As soon as you taste the faint sweetness, you are immediately enveloped by the sake-like flavor, with a spicy aftertaste. It would have been better to drink it cold instead of chilled. It was a little harsh for the palate accustomed to modern sake.

1870 I was careful to open the bottle because it was "orizzled". Pssh!" Degree of... It didn't feel gassy and didn't spill as much as I expected. When I sipped it, I felt the sweetness like a pear, but when I swallowed it down and inhaled air, I was hit by a painful spiciness. It was so spicy! What is this? After the third sip, I was able to taste the sweetness, acidity, slight gasiness, and spiciness of the pear, just like the concept. It was a refreshing summer sake.

3520 When I picked up the bottle at the liquor store, what a "crown"! Is this the kind of bottle that you have to drink up once you open it? The owner said, "Don't worry! You can finish it. Don't worry! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish the four-pack, but I bought it. I had already experienced this kind of opening ritual, so I carefully opened the crown and heard a "psshhhhhh. I removed the crown after all the gas had escaped. Immediately! It started to gush out from inside! What the heck? I hurriedly poured it into a glass, but it spilled quite a bit. It seems I still don't understand the ritual of opening the bottle. It's no good. The taste, Pear, muscat-like sweetness, with a hint of sourness for a while, mixed with the sweetness of the rice. But it is not a harsh sweetness, but a crisp sweetness. The astringent taste of grapes may remain in the mouth a little bit. The fine carbonation makes it very easy to drink. This AKABU is amazing! In the end, I finished the whole bottle. I wanted to drink it in about 2 days. If I don't drink it, I won't have enough money...

souvenir It is sludge as the label says. When I took it out of the refrigerator, about 80% of it had settled and hardened in the bottle. After repeatedly turning the bottle upside down, I managed to pour it into a glass. It was a very sloppy drink. It has the texture of rice on the tongue, but it is not as sweet as I expected. Rather, it has a strong alcoholic spiciness! After finishing the bottle, a feeling of sweetness from the rice wafts into the mouth. Would it have been better to drink it at room temperature rather than chilled?

1870 Ordered after drinking No6. Spicy! Huh? Just spicy! After a while, my taste buds came back, but it's still spicy. Hmmm? The waiter said, "Maybe it's because it's spicy after No. 6." Is that so?

3000 I came across an unopened bottle of No6 TypeX at a store I stopped by on my way home from work. I had the bottle opened in front of me. My impression was that it was mild. Slight sweetness, muscat? I wondered if it was slightly fizzy.... It is not fizzy after all. Slight spiciness at the end. Perfect. Elegant. Is No6 so different depending on the type? I think TypeS is attractive for me. It is deep.

2420 Sweet but crisp. It is not unpleasantly sweet and does not linger. No pungency or sourness. It is similar to something. What is it? Is this what "Kudokibe" is like? Next time, I will buy a junmai ginjo. It is a sake that I can drink as much as I want.

2200 When the bottle was opened, there was a slight gas release sound. As I took a sip, the sweetness increased, with a sweet and fruity sensation. I thought, "Oh, this is the type I don't like! This is the type I don't like", the heavy sweetness quickly disappeared and was covered by a pleasant acidity. After the second sip, the heavy sweetness I felt at first was gone, and I felt a smooth fruity sensation. The acidity and the spiciness of the alcohol were in good balance. This is delicious! If the sweetness were a little milder, it might be even better.

2200 Good! I tasted lactic acid when I put my mouth to the glass, so I thought, what? I thought, but then I was enveloped by a pear-like taste, sweetness, then a slight spiciness when I breathed in, and finally a soft sweetness. If I had to say something, a slight sparkle would be great! I'm sure I'll be emptying a bottle soon.

2000 midday drinking One sip and it is a rummy with no sweetness. Then I felt a slight sweetness, followed by a light sourness that increased and was refreshing. A little more sweetness would be nice. This is a delicious seasonal sake.
