When I opened the bottle, I expected the liquor to spray out, but surprisingly it was only a "psh. It is slightly carbonated, lightly pungent, and tastes like muscat. The sweetness lingers in the mouth, but there is nothing unpleasant about it, and it is a sake that can be drunk in large gulps. I think I would finish a bottle in no time. 2200

After completing the corking ritual, I poured it into a glass and found it to be the color of carbonated Pocari Sweat. The first sip was too strongly carbonated to be sure. The second sip gave the impression of sparkling wine. After the third sip, it gradually tastes like pear with a hint of rice sweetness. It is an interesting sake with sourness, sweetness, and carbonation creating a spicy taste. 2200

We drank at Lodge Chobei at Kamihigawa Pass. We carried them up the mountain while keeping them cool. When I opened the bottle, there was no push and ring. I didn't feel much gas. The taste was muscat-like and light. 1800

I drank AKABU for the first time. I finished it after drinking half of it, but it was easy to drink. It is a dangerous sake. When I opened the cork, I heard a swishing sound like fizzy sake, but there was no fizzy feeling on the palate. It is light on the palate. The moment I drank it, I felt it was sweet. However, from time to time, I could taste acidity and rice flavor. The lingering taste is like caramel, but it does not linger. Somehow the fizzy sensation, which I did not feel when I drank it, lingers on the surface of my tongue. I described it as caramel, but I am not sure if that is the correct description. 2400
