After completing the corking ritual, I poured it into a glass and found it to be the color of carbonated Pocari Sweat.
The first sip was too strongly carbonated to be sure.
The second sip gave the impression of sparkling wine.
After the third sip, it gradually tastes like pear with a hint of rice sweetness.
It is an interesting sake with sourness, sweetness, and carbonation creating a spicy taste.
