When I opened the bottle, I expected the liquor to spray out, but surprisingly it was only a "psh.
It is slightly carbonated, lightly pungent, and tastes like muscat.
The sweetness lingers in the mouth, but there is nothing unpleasant about it, and it is a sake that can be drunk in large gulps.
I think I would finish a bottle in no time.
