I drank AKABU for the first time. I finished it after drinking half of it, but it was easy to drink. It is a dangerous sake. When I opened the cork, I heard a swishing sound like fizzy sake, but there was no fizzy feeling on the palate. It is light on the palate. The moment I drank it, I felt it was sweet. However, from time to time, I could taste acidity and rice flavor. The lingering taste is like caramel, but it does not linger. Somehow the fizzy sensation, which I did not feel when I drank it, lingers on the surface of my tongue. I described it as caramel, but I am not sure if that is the correct description. 2400
