Today, it's a four-pack. It's a limited edition of 1,500, and we only sell four-pack bottles. This is a sake made with NOKO1 rice (tentative name), which is under experimental cultivation. I thought it might be tasty as a sake rice, so I tried it! We will continue the test brewing next year. They are aiming to register it as a new breed of sake rice. I'll support you, dog! Because it's delicious. Postscript Right after opening the bottle, the texture was hard, but after a week in the fridge, it became soft and round like something else. I enjoyed it twice!

It's unfiltered, but it doesn't have any strange flavors, so what would it taste like if it were filtered? This is also the world of my imagination. At this age, I am thinking about Harumu again.

The sake rice is Hyogo Yume Nishiki. It may be the first time to drink Hyogo Yume Nishiki with knees together. It is said to be dry, but it is aromatic and mellow. Speaking of Himeji, it is sea eel. Conger eel sushi and Okuharima are good. I remembered domestic conger eel and Okuharima from a very delicious sushi restaurant called Sushi Ichi in the city. I mistook the name of the restaurant for Sushi~! It's a secret that I misunderstood the name of the restaurant as "Sushi!

Wakaha Shuzo in Fukuoka. 100% Yamada Nishiki from Fukuoka 55% polished rice The smell of the rice, the sweetness of the rice, and the rich rice umami that spreads in the mouth. I didn't know there was such a Yamada Nishiki! It has a deep flavor that you will never get tired of, and you will find yourself drinking more and more of it. I've become a big fan of this sake, which is not too heavy, not too light, and goes well with meals. This is a delicious one!

Okunomatsu Shuzo is my favorite brewery, as I have personal memories of their premium sparkling sake. This time we had a summer-only bottle of Blue George. Just like the old "Sentai" (squadron) stuff, they have red, white, black and gold sakes, so we'll have them in order sooner or later. It's snowing today. Aishan 100% The taste of Diamond Aisan, the sake rice, was the smell of the straw mounds in the rice paddies where I used to play as a child. I don't drink alcohol while playing with straw mines, but for some reason it tastes nostalgic.
