As the tag on the bottle says, it is a very tasty sake with a soft, full ginjo aroma and gentle acidity in the mouth. We enjoyed it cold, but we would also like to try it lukewarm.

According to the label on the back, 20% Yamadanishiki from Saga Prefecture is used for the koji rice and 80% Yumeshizuku from Saga Prefecture for the kake rice.
