It is made from 100% Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture, and is a delicious sake with a strong rice flavor and aroma. This is the first hiyaoroshi of the season, and it was very delicious. I can feel the autumn in the air. I hope that drinking sake will contribute to the recovery of the area, even if only a little.

This is "100 sake tasters" from Sawanotsuru Sake Brewery in Nada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. The sake is made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice from Banshu and brewed with Nada miyamizu (miyamizu water from Nada). The alcohol content is high at 18.5%, so I served it on the rocks. Even so, it is a delicious sake with a good balance of full flavor, sweetness, gorgeous aroma, and refreshing acidity.
