This is Yamato Shizuku Summer Yamato, Bottled and Fired, by Dewazuru Shuzo, Daisen City, Akita Prefecture, Japan. For some reason, the box for writing the sub name of the brand did not appear, so here it is. It has a refreshing aroma and mouthfeel like a summer sake, but it has a sour taste, making it a very tasty sake that goes well with summer meals.

One cup of "Kyogoku Junmai", a sake from Mt. Yotei Fukidashi by Niseko Shuzo, Kutchan-cho, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido. It is labeled "Meisui Junmai Shu "Kyogoku" and is supposed to be brewed using spring water from Mt. The sake is refreshing, perhaps because of the good water, but it is also a delicious sake with a robust flavor that is typical of Junmai sake.

This is the first sake from Kagoshima Prefecture. It is a Junmai Daiginjo from Nishi Shuzo, Hioki-shi, Kagoshima. I happened to find it at an izakaya and ordered it, although it was a little expensive. It was very fruity, like a dessert wine, but it was very tasty with a refreshing aftertaste. I would like to try other kinds of sake.
