It is brewed with "Akita Sake Komachi" rice grown in the company's own rice paddies and "Komachi Yeast Special," a yeast developed by Akita Prefecture. It is a delicious sake with a gorgeous, fruity aroma and a gentle rice flavor. The aftertaste is also fruity.
