One cup of "Kyogoku Junmai", a sake from Mt. Yotei Fukidashi by Niseko Shuzo, Kutchan-cho, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido.
It is labeled "Meisui Junmai Shu "Kyogoku" and is supposed to be brewed using spring water from Mt.
The sake is refreshing, perhaps because of the good water, but it is also a delicious sake with a robust flavor that is typical of Junmai sake.
