Yamakatsu
This is Junmai Ginjo "Kaoriranman" from Akita Meijo in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture. It is brewed with "Akita Sake Komachi" rice grown in the company's own rice paddies and "Komachi Yeast Special," a yeast developed by Akita Prefecture.
It is a delicious sake with a gorgeous, fruity aroma and a gentle rice flavor.
The aftertaste is also fruity.
