Sake competition 2023 Silver Award-winning sake. Slight lychee aroma. Slightly carbonated. Well-balanced sweetness, acidity, and umami. It is not very assertive, so it is good as a food sake. Ahhh, it's delicious. I love the gassy feeling. I want to soak in this sake bath 🍶. I finished it at 23:30. Delicious.

New Sake Festival. It has a nice gentle sweetness like muscat. The balance of umami, acidity and sweetness is pleasant. It is mellower than the Miyakanbai we drank yesterday. The juiciness was better than Miyakanume. Both are delicious.

Yes, it is delicious. The aroma is of pineapple. The first sip is a gentle sweetness that spreads in the mouth, as if the aroma is spreading all at once. After that, the umami spreads in the mouth like a slow expansion. The aftertaste may have an almond-like bitter flavor. It may be similar to the feeling one gets after drinking a Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiroki. I thought about drinking some water to reset it, but the lingering umami was strong and long! Good 🍶.

Lychee-like, green apple-like fruity. I like the balance of rounded sweetness and gassiness. This is priced at 1,650 yen. The best cospa. Too delicious, I don't know what it means, supreme. The second day, it's still good. The sweetness is like eating dried fruit, if I may say so. I think it would be better to drink whiskey while drinking this. I can't help but think that it is.

This is my first time at Kouei Chrysanthemum. Muscat aroma, gentle carbonation, grape astringency, the first sip is at once floral and grape-like, followed by a grape-like bitterness in the mouth. The taste and flavor are different, but I feel this impact and balance is similar to that of the producing region. Is it because they are from the same Kyushu region? Personally, I like it.

Sake that was supposed to be drunk with a friend. My friend couldn't come at a moment's notice, so I drank a bottle by myself. With chicken ham. It's still tasake. It is delicious. Personally, I like it as much as the special junmai. After drinking it, you can feel a soft and gentle sweet flavor. It has a sweet flavor like elegant cotton candy? If you like it sweet, this may not be for you. Personally, I like it. I like SENKYO because each sake has its own character and I've never had such a sake before. I know I don't have much experience with it.

This is my first Shinsei! I happened to go there and found it there. No notice! I had it to finish off my trip to Sendai! When drunk cold, the rice flavor comes with a bang, and there is a sharp acidity. But it also has a sweetness like mango and a little bit of oak aroma, so it smells like cocoa. I thought it was similar to the aroma I get when I drink whiskey, but they use oak barrels. So it's the same there! After leaving it at room temperature for a while, the meloniness becomes stronger. Wow, this is amazing!

The third bottle from yesterday's sake party. Mimuro Sugi Junmai Ginjo Yamadaho was the second bottle. I could not forget the impression I had the last time I drank it, so I bought a repeat. As expected, the sweetness of Yubari melon spread on the palate. It is still delicious. Yesterday, I drank Sengoku, Jikin, and Mimuro Sugi, but I personally like this one the best.
