It is hard to believe that the alcohol content is 16-17°C. I drink it gulping it down 🍶.
I was able to enjoy sake this day because I had not been able to drink for a while due to my wisdom teeth extraction.

Smooth and sweet like a white peach, with a slight acidity. It is relatively clear, but has a rich sweetness that spreads in the mouth. It feels like that.
I went to the liquor store I usually go to and bought it. When I came to the store, there was no price tag on it, and apparently they were preparing it for tomorrow. I asked if I could buy it, and they gladly agreed.
I am happy to drink such a delicious sake!

I heard it tasted like ramune and managed to buy it. There were only bottles available, so I bought a bottle. I thought I would drink it in small portions, but I finished it in two days.
It was refreshing and sweet, with just the right amount of gasiness, and it was definitely rummy! The more you drink, the stronger the sweetness of the rice becomes.
I am glad I drank it!

That special Junmai and Yamadanishiki from that Tasake company. It had to be delicious.
The texture is mellow, but with a hint of sourness. The rice flavor and fruity taste is the best.
I thought I was looking forward to tomorrow night's dinner, but then I realized it was gone...
Looks like my rice wine was stolen early in the new year🍶.

This is the first time I have tasted this flavor!
Very oak-aged flavor with a vanilla-like aroma. There may be a very slight sourness.
I liked oak-aged whiskey, so I quite liked it. The sweetness of the rice matches the aroma of the oak barrels and tastes like vanilla ice cream or cake 🍰.
Sake has a Japanese image, but this sake is Western. I can imagine France or Italy.
This is a great dessert sake. I wish I could have met it at Christmas time.

Fresh and fruity. Smooth on the palate, with a faint gassy feeling, which I like. It may be rather dry, but it has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink.

Miraculously obtained sake.
As you can see in the picture, it is so shrieky that it overflows even though it is not shaken.
The harmony of mild sweetness and slight bitterness like a lactic acid bacteria drink.
Yum~🍶.
After a day, the gas escapes nicely and the sweetness is even more pronounced. I prefer this one.
