The aroma is fresh. The taste is a powerful rice flavor. The alcohol is 16 degrees and there is a feeling of gusto. I think there was a bitter feeling like brown sugar after drinking.
Second update. I drank too much and skipped updating.
First time at Akabu. And I started with my first autumn sake. Apparently, it is a renewed product.
The summer sake had a gorgeous taste, but this autumn sake has a smooth texture and a subdued flavor. It has a fruity flavor, and is best drunk on a cool autumn evening.
The sweetness seems stronger on the third day.
This is perfect for fall.
Yuzu aroma, strong gasiness, mellower on the tongue than Yamadanishiki, clean but with a long finish. I like the yuzu-like acidity at the moment of drinking, and the flavor through the nose after drinking has a slight vanilla-like flavor.
Congratulations on winning the SAKE COMPETITION 2023 SILVER award.
It has a delicious rice flavor, a refreshing feeling, a little bit of a tang, and a slightly carbonated acidity that reminds me of Senkou. It is delicious. There is little fruitiness, but the rice flavor is there. It has a fruity flavor that is more like a white peach, if I had to use a strong analogy. It has clarity, umami, and a lingering taste, and is very satisfying.
I would like to see this sake served with appetizers.

New experience!
First day, astringent aroma. Woody aroma like cypress?
Rough, slightly carbonated acidity. The moment I opened the lid, it popped, so I wondered if there was gas in it. The first sip is astringent, then the astringency fades and the mouth is filled with flavor and a slight sweetness.
It was as if I was tasting a proper ginger ale from a bar or something, not Suntory's ginger ale in a plastic bottle.
On the second day, the gaseous sensation seems to have decreased a little and the fruity taste has increased instead.
It's a drink that makes you feel drunk when you notice it.
People who like sherry casks in whiskey might like it. I don't know.
The aroma is fresh and elegant.
The taste is like the sweetness of pear concentrated about 10 times and the delicious flavor of rice hits you. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but after swallowing, the lingering aftertaste with a sense of gravity is wonderful.
It has less trompe l'oeil than the Bodai yeast, and the acidity is just as slight. I like sake with a long aftertaste, so I really like it. The umami is very strong.
Oh, it is perfect. Beautiful. I am happy.
The aroma was faintly banana-like. The taste is tender and the taste is like white peaches, and the elegant sweetness spreads like cherries. It is well balanced with a gentle acidity.
Mimuro cedar is amazing!
ps.21:40, finished drinking. Next time, I plan to taste Mimuro-sugi Junmai Daiginjo.
I thought the aroma was green apple? But when I drank it, it was melon. It is more refreshing than I expected.
If you compare them for the melon flavor, Mimuro Sugi Yamadaho has a longer aftertaste, which may be more to your liking. However, it has a sour taste that makes you think it is slightly carbonated, which is characteristic of Sengoku. The pleasant acidity is so great that one could be mistaken for a slightly carbonated sake. If I were to drown, I would prefer Sentori.
A cup of Obon.
Highly fruity aroma, banana-like and pineapple-like flavors spread from the first sip. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, and is probably suited for a mealtime drink.
Makes me want to take tomorrow off work 😈.
Mild and moderate sweetness, like that of a pineapple, with the mild sweetness of a pineapple, like that of a pineapple.
Tashu-like flavor that spreads in the mouth and lingers for a long time.
It has a wonderful yellow watermelon-like sweetness. Yamadaho was a melon, but I felt it was more like a watermelon with a refreshing sweetness spreading through it.
It is recommended to drink it cold and smooth because of its low alcohol content of 13 degrees.
Senkou, Tasake, Tobiroki, Mimuro Sugi, and more of my favorite sakes are on the way...this is Numaka!
I opened it after the rice wine.
You're a melon too, huh? Sentori Organic Naturals kijoshu reminded me of a perfectly ripe red Yubari melon, but this one reminds me of a fresh green melon in season. The refreshing sweetness fills the mouth. The faint sweetness of the melon is also spreading, so you can enjoy the melon feeling even more.
I had heard before that "Mimuro cedar is great," and it really is.
Anyway, this is my second drink of the day. Keep up the good work, liver!
Tasake? Perfect, isn't it? But my liver won't lose either.
Thanks to a nearby liquor store where I could buy it for 1,675 yen.
It has a long aftertaste, and goes well with tsumami, so why is it so cheap? I wonder why it's so cheap?
It's a good sake that can be enjoyed at different temperatures.
Juicy and gassy. It has a pleasant balance of fruity sweetness and acidity, like pineapple and tropical fruits. It reminded me of shaved ice with pineapple, tropical fruits, and mango that I had in Okinawa.
It has a long aftertaste, with a slight vanilla-like sweetness. It would be good with oily food. It tastes good served firm and cold.
This is the rice grown by the Takagi brewery of Jyushiyo.... The impression I got from drinking this sake was that it was beautiful and clear.
I can guzzle good sake like juice. Good luck liver!
Astonishment. I got goosebumps. I am sorry. I was licking Fukushima.
It is clear, yet the fruity sweetness spreads like pineapple, and the aftertaste is long. The rice flavor and sweetness are also present. It is moderately thick and makes you smile 😁. The alcohol content is a little strong at 16 degrees, but you can't feel the unpleasant taste of alcohol. What's with this clarity, flavor assertiveness and balancing power!
After drinking it, I muttered to myself, "It's perfect...".
It is said that this sake was made with white wine as a reference, and it is exactly as it should be: clear, but with a robust flavor.
The dishes were chicken wings stewed in soy sauce, egg omelet, and squid. They all went well together.
I have never seen such a receptiveness in anything other than Tasake Special Junmai. I'm a beginner...
Talking with Yo-kai, I felt as if he had a surprisingly strong sense of self, and when I realized it, we had become best friends.
I heard it was unsold for over a week... why!
This is a repeat. I want to give it to my friends to make them happy.
Gorgeous aroma and clear sweetness. Sake with a sense of transparency. When it gets a little lukewarm, the sweetness becomes even stronger.
There is a slight sourness in the sweetness, refreshing like cherries in a fruit punch.
Sake is interesting!
I can assure you that I just ate a Yubari melon two days ago. This is a sweet ripe Yubari melon.
It was the most melon-like sake I have ever had.
This sake is like a dessert, but it goes perfectly with tsumami!
I served it with a low-temperature cooked chicken ham as a snack, and it was a good sake that did not interfere with the flavors of each dish.
I like Sentori because it always exceeds my expectations in a good way.
Four days pass after losing the Isshuikusuisei Junmai Ginjyo Yamadaho. (See separate post.)
My friend said, "Don't count all the things you have lost. What you don't have is nothing. What do you still have left?"
I "Tasake, I need tasake!!!!!!!"
The one-piece farce is over.
Fresh aroma and sweetness like a red apple. The flavor spreads as if you are biting into a red apple with honey. It has a long aftertaste, and is versatile enough to be served with any kind of tsumami. As expected of Tasake-sama, it is delicious. I hope to see you again.
Thanks to you, I think I can look forward to the future. Thank you, Isshaku Suisei. Let's meet again next year.
Two hours after posting, cherries arrived from a friend who had picked cherries. The rice wine wraps up the sourness of the cherries and my mouth is filled with a nice sweetness. I want you to try this once.
I bought it. I bought it because I had dropped Isshaku Suisei. (See another post)
It has a muscat-like nose, a hint of sweetness, and a smooth texture. I've had a white wine like this before. It's smoother and easier to drink than I thought it would be.
Delicious.
Hi bemu 😃.
Let's just say that thanks to your drop, I found Yumachi 🤗.
But this means I'll have to buy some Yamadaho back and revenge myself with meat dishes 😆.
