A brand I had seen several times.
Chocolatey feeling? like, something different but bitter.
Maybe it's the influence of the barrel? I like this one as a food sake.
Like the Sanshu I just drank, it is not too assertive, but it doesn't get in the way of the tsumami either. It is not a marriage, but rather a sake that resets you once in a good mood. It is also an unusual flavor that I have never had before. Thanks for the new experience.
