Second bottle today. I'm drinking with a friend, so I'm posting at a faster pace.
Sourness and astringency like a fresh lemon sour. I think people who like lemon sour will like this.
If you like it sweet, this may not be for you.
Personally, I like it.
I like SENKYO because each sake has its own character and I've never had such a sake before.
I know I don't have much experience with it.
