Prohibition lifted!
Grazie a Dio=Thank God!
Too stylish✨
I like the rummy sweetness and slight carbonation.
I must say I'm glad this is the first sake I've had in a while.
Hearing that there was tasake available, I went to my usual liquor store on my way home from work, only to be disappointed to find it was not there.
The owner brought me a bottle of sake, saying, "Since you've come all this way.
I had no idea they would serve Shinmasa...
It's delicious 😭
I heard it tasted like ramune and managed to buy it. There were only bottles available, so I bought a bottle. I thought I would drink it in small portions, but I finished it in two days.
It was refreshing and sweet, with just the right amount of gasiness, and it was definitely rummy! The more you drink, the stronger the sweetness of the rice becomes.
I am glad I drank it!
That special Junmai and Yamadanishiki from that Tasake company. It had to be delicious.
The texture is mellow, but with a hint of sourness. The rice flavor and fruity taste is the best.
I thought I was looking forward to tomorrow night's dinner, but then I realized it was gone...
Looks like my rice wine was stolen early in the new year🍶.
Happy New Year🎉
Sweet green apple-like and strawberry-like aroma. Pleasant balance of mellow sweetness, toromi, and a slight gassy sensation. As expected of Tazake!
This is going to be a good New Year!
This is the first time I have tasted this flavor!
Very oak-aged flavor with a vanilla-like aroma. There may be a very slight sourness.
I liked oak-aged whiskey, so I quite liked it. The sweetness of the rice matches the aroma of the oak barrels and tastes like vanilla ice cream or cake 🍰.
Sake has a Japanese image, but this sake is Western. I can imagine France or Italy.
This is a great dessert sake. I wish I could have met it at Christmas time.
Another Shichibonshari.
Fresh and fruity. Smooth on the palate, with a faint gassy feeling, which I like. It may be rather dry, but it has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink.
Miraculously obtained sake.
As you can see in the picture, it is so shrieky that it overflows even though it is not shaken.
The harmony of mild sweetness and slight bitterness like a lactic acid bacteria drink.
Yum~🍶.
After a day, the gas escapes nicely and the sweetness is even more pronounced. I prefer this one.
The trinity of melon-like sweetness, smooth acidity, and the slight aroma of the wood vat.
This sense of balance is amazing. This is impressive!
I am crazy about Shichibonjari with rave reviews!
I am ashamed to admit that I had never heard of this brand. It's addictive to be hooked on a brand that you bought without any idea what it is.
This is too cheap at 1,760 yen.
Following Tasake Special Junmai and Akabu Junmai NEWBORN, this ranks among my personal favorites!
One hour after posting: Yikes, the more I drink, the more I groan at its amazing balancing power.
Smells like green apple. My favorite.
Juicy and gassy, sweet as if you are eating a fresh green apple, with little astringency.
Quite a bit, you'd think you were eating real fruit☺.
It's not a great assertive drink, so it might be good as a food wine.
It has a gassy taste, so it would go well with fatty dishes.
It went awesome with chicken thigh steak 🍶.
The other day I bought another kind of nigori sake because I enjoyed the activated nigori sake.
Like the activated nigori sake, it is dry, but has a mild sweetness. I love the freshness.
I prefer the activated nigori sake, but I like this one as well, and it goes well with all kinds of tsumami.
The Sannou brew is a bit dry and dry, but it also has a sweetness to it. Personally, I prefer this one because it goes better with food.
I'm going to let it sit for about 3 days.
The aroma is apple-like.
The taste is mildly sweet like muscat, and has a fresh but tasty flavor characteristic of Mimuro cedar.
All Mimuro cedar is delicious so far. I am in love with it.
The aroma is pear-like.
The taste is dry and dry, but the harmony with the slight sweetness of rice raises the happiness level.
It may be the strongest nigori sake that goes well with all kinds of snacks. I still like nigori sake.
I am ashamed to admit that I had never heard of Shichibonsyu, but I was attracted by the name and bought it. Later, I checked the website and found that only Sakuramoto Shoten sells it in Hokkaido. Such a precious sake.... I'm glad I live nearby☺.
The drink I was going to drink on New Year's Eve. I couldn't resist☺.
It's still rice wine. It is too delicious.
The texture is similar to Akita Sake Komachi, a smooth sake. Akita Sake Komachi has a soft sweetness after drinking, but this one has a clear sweetness like green apple in the first sip, with a pleasant lingering rice flavor.
It is a relatively unassertive sake, so it is in every tsumami.
As a stand-alone sake, Akita Sake Komachi
As a food sake, Yamahai
This is one of the top 3 tasake.
I had vowed not to drink it until Christmas, but I opened a bottle as a reward to myself for working hard this month.
I have wanted to drink this sake ever since I met Sengoku Kabutomushi.
It is a nigori sake, but it is still shwashy. It has a green apple-like aroma and a strong gaseous taste. It has a green apple-like aroma and a strong gaseous taste, yet it is still slightly sweet. The slight bitterness is pleasant. It's the kind of sake that makes you feel like you've become an adult while sipping it in peace.
What should I do with the sake I drink at Christmas?
Good evening, bemu 😃.
Good for you to treat yourself to a snowman ⛄️ 🤗This is a delicious treat that shows how popular it is 😋.
You can go for another one 😄.
A noble sake made by Masamune Instrument.
Sweet aroma like melon-like Haichu grape flavor.
Tastes like apple, sweet with lychee-like fruit. The slightly bitter aftertaste may be similar to the feeling of eating a lychee.
Increased happiness!
The aroma is nice, like chamomile.
The taste is apple-like in the mouth. The apple taste disappears in an instant, but then a slight, elegant sweetness spreads in the mouth.
It is good as a palate freshener, but it is not too strong, so I can imagine it as an aperitif.
I like it a lot.
I'm sure I'll finish it...
I'll ask for the rest... by Jutsu Kaisen
