Miura Shuzo Toyobai Junmai-shu, heated to hot.
The last one is Toyohai's sake for warming up.
It had a crisp mouthfeel and aftertaste.
It was served hot, and we enjoyed it hot or lukewarm as time went by.
I was supposed to finish off with 1 gou, but I ended up drinking 2 gou in total.
