I bought it because of its reputation as a good match for white fish, and drank it with sea bream.
The ginjo aroma was light, but the easy-drinking sweetness and freshness made it a good choice for beginners.
When opened, it has a fresh acidity and a strong aroma.
After a day, the sweetness became stronger, and I think I like it better when it's left.
I would like to repeat the taste again!
I bought more than just the raw sake, so I'm looking forward to opening them at a later date!
I took a sip and was surprised. Was it a white wine? It was so sweet and tart that I thought it was a white wine. It was so fruity and delicious that it could be mistaken for fresh grape juice.
After opening it and letting it sit overnight, the acidity settled down a bit and the sake-like quality came out from behind. I prefer both, but if anything, I think I prefer the mouth-opening one more.
The mail order on the official website was easy and comfortable to use, and I would repeat it again and again. I would like to try other sake from the same brewery and have more fun.
Happy New Year!
The first bottle of New Year's Day is a draft sake.
It has a fresh acidity, a fruity aroma, a light sweetness, and a clean finish. It is not too light in flavor, but has a presence that is not overshadowed by the deliciousness of the sashimi. As one would expect from Drunken Whale.
It is certainly dry on the palate, but it is delicious with a complex flavor that gradually gives way to sweetness from deep within. The ginjo aroma is subdued, perhaps due to the fact that it has been chilled, but it has a graceful quality that can be felt later on. This is good...
It is very tasty, with a fruity aroma followed by a robust flavor, and then a fluffy aftertaste with a different aroma.
This is a flavor I would return to again and again.
I drank it again after a day of opening it and I think the sharpness of the flavor has rounded out and made it easier to drink.
I prefer this one after the day is up!
As the label says, it is clean and dry, but I think the aftertaste is a bit lacking.
It has a lightness that flows smoothly, so it would be interesting to pair it with soba noodles or other delicate snacks.
Immediately after opening the package, there was a refreshing sourness and a swooshing sensation. When I tried it again a few days after opening the package, the sourness disappeared and I could feel the dryness directly. If you like dry taste, you will be hooked.
Mmmm! The first sip of this bright fruity wine made me squeal!
The aftertaste is so refreshing that you can't help but take another sip!
I think it was good that I drank it at room temperature, not too cold.
I want to repeat this...
The directions for opening the bottle are well written, but as written, the lid popped off.
The taste is lightly fizzy and refreshing on the palate. The fruity aroma followed later.
According to the store where I bought it, it loses its carbonation after a few days after opening, so I'm keeping it in the fridge. I'm looking forward to drinking the rest.
I opened the bottle and let it sit for a few days and it seems to have lost its hardness and become milder. It's very easy to drink and goes down smoothly.
The aroma is yogurt-like sourness reminiscent of lactic acid bacteria.
As soon as we put it in our mouths, the fresh sourness and sweetness spread, and it was like a dessert.
I hurriedly put it back in the fridge because I felt like I was going to drink it like a juice.
I'd buy this again...!
